With a foundation rooted in Waldorf education (Rudolf Steiner philosophy), I cultivated a deep understanding of holistic practices and a natural connection to the wonders of the universe.

My own path of self-discovery has led me to intertwine the mystical realms of shamanic journeying with the ancient wisdom of astrology, creating a practice that honors both the spiritual and the practical dimensions of life.

I remember my parents calculating astrological charts for friends and clients long before the internet existed — drawing each chart by hand.
Later in life, those same tools helped me understand and navigate human behavior, recognizing patterns, temperaments, and the unique ways each person expresses themselves through the lens of astrology.

Over many years, I have worked with children, teens, and young adults with hypersensitivity and sensory integration challenges, following the Rudolf Steiner approach. This experience helped me design a deeply practical and heart-centered curriculum, integrating music, meditation, and the arts as tools for soulful discovery and transformation.

Practices like singing, songwriting, gardening, cooking, and Qi Gong are part of my own spiritual fitness — they ground me, connect me to my essence, and remind me of my bond with nature and the universe.

Through time, my attitude toward life has evolved, opening my soul to a multi-dimensional reality — one that looks beyond the physical and its five senses.

Among the tools I use, Shamanic Journeying stands out as a sacred way to reconnect with the authentic Self, traveling through the subconscious and into the spiritual realms to assist others in navigating their inner landscapes.
